Job summary

Acestack is seeking a Quality Engineer specialized in contact center platforms with strong experience in IVR routing automation and Amazon Connect. The role focuses on UI and API automation testing to ensure robust agent desktop workflows and multilingual support including French.

The candidate will participate in a scaled agile setup, provide technical leadership for releases, and collaborate across teams to maintain and enhance contact center solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Engineering for Contact Center platforms.
• Experience with IVR/Routing automation testing and related tooling.
• Strong UI and API automation testing using Selenium, Postman, Karate, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
• Test multilingual Contact Center applications (English and French) and ensure end-to-end validation of IVR flows and agent journeys.
• Hands-on testing with cloud and version-control tools, and collaboration in a scaled agile environment.

Job Description

• Expertise in Quality Engineering (QE) for Contact Center platforms.
• Experience with IVR/Routing Automation using tools such as Cyara, Hammer, or similar.
• Strong experience in UI and API automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Postman, Karate, or equivalent.
• Experience in Agent Desktop Automation.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java.
• Ability to provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
• Hands-on experience with Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, and IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.
• Experience working in a structured Scaled Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is highly desirable.
• French language testing capability is mandatory. The candidate must be proficient in French and able to test and validate French-language applications, IVR flows, prompts, NLU interactions, agent journeys, and end-to-end Contact Center solutions.
• Experience testing multilingual Contact Center applications (English and French) will be a strong advantage.
