Job summary

Realign Llc seeks a Full-Time QE with Contact Center Tools & Technology in Toronto, hybrid work 4 days/week. You will lead testing for Contact Center platforms, IVR automation, and API/UI automation using Cyara, Selenium, Postman, and Karate. Strong Java development experience and agile leadership are essential.

The role involves designing automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving releases for maintenance and enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Contact Center platforms and IVR/routing automation.
• UI/API automation experience using standard tools.
• Strong Java development background.
• Proven track record in testing leadership and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute IVR and routing automation using Cyara, Hammer, or similar tools.
• Perform automation testing across UI and APIs using Selenium, Postman, Karate, or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java.
• Test Contact Center platforms, workflows, IVR, routing, and agent desktop applications.
• Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases and enhancements.
• Support ongoing application testing and production activities.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams.
• Maintain test automation scripts and improve testing efficiency.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and structured scaled Agile delivery.
