Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Harrington store location in Canada. You will drive sales, deliver an engaging in-store experience, and contribute to a welcoming, fashion-forward atmosphere for customers.

The role requires energy, style, and a positive attitude to connect with shoppers daily. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining displays, and supporting daily operations while upholding store policies and loss-prevention measures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs (16 kg) during busy floor days.
