Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Analyst, QC Compliance in Mississauga to own GMP compliance and quality systems within QC Microbiology. You will lead investigations, deviations and CAPAs, author SOPs and ensure data integrity across documentation.

The role collaborates with QA, Manufacturing and cross-functional teams to support inspections and company-wide quality objectives. Ideal candidates have a strong background in microbiology QC, cGMPs, and regulatory exposure, with experience mentoring

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of QC compliance and quality management systems including OOS and deviation investigations.
• Authored SOPs, Test Methods, and Change Controls.
• Strong technical report writing and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in microbiology analytical test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations, deviations and CAPA for QC Microbiology.
• Manage end-to-end change controls and CAPAs with cross-functional teams.
• Review lab notebooks for GDP compliance and data integrity.
• Maintain awareness of compendial updates (USP, EP, JP) and update docs accordingly.
• Prepare data for APQRs and quality trend reports; support regulatory inspections.
