Job summary

Cambio Earth is seeking a QA & Test Automation Developer Co-op in Vancouver, BC, a hybrid role starting January 4, 2027. You will join the software team to design and implement automated tests for safety-critical applications, and help maintain the automation framework in an Agile CI/CD environment.

Qualifications include being a CS/Engineering student in year 3 or 4, with experience in C# or Java and knowledge of SQL databases.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year CS/Engineering student.
• Experience with C#, Java, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of databases such as MS SQL, MySQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated scripts using Playwright and C#.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases in accordance with the business requirements.
• Convert manual test cases into automated test scripts using page object model and data-driven approach.
• Execute, monitor, debug and fix failing E2E tests.
• Help to prioritize work based on the business needs for each sprint.
• Perform code review and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Perform manual testing when required and file bug reports following QA practices.
• Work closely with QA, developers, product owners, DevOps and UI.
