Quality Assurance / Quality Control Technician

Your Mission
The primary role of the QA/QC Technician is to assist with Quality Control activities, testing raw and finished materials, and support the QA team with routine tasks. The position may require staggered shifts, weekends, and holidays.

What You Will Do
Quality Control & Laboratory Operations
- Prepare samples, receive and log samples, follow-up with external labs.
- Prepare composites related to food products.
- Complete paperwork for all samples.

Quality Control
- Perform daily checks, monitor environmental programs, maintain laboratory cleanliness.
- Conduct HACCP checks, dispose of waste, assist with process quality controls.
- Record data, manage inventories, contribute to SOPs.
- Conduct GMP audits, ensure hygiene and safety, facilitate product release.
- Monitor ingredient shelf life, support food safety and quality systems.

Safety & Environment
Follow all safety procedures, act in accordance with policies.

Document Control System
Maintain records for production, audits, training, sanitation, raw materials.

Continuous Improvement
Participate in training, apply learning to work environment.

What We Expect From You
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a team, detail-oriented.
- Manual dexterity, ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Office.
