  • Experience with a variety of Test Automation frameworks is a MUST.
  • Experience with cloud and Kubernetes environments is a MUST.
  • Strong knowledge of scale testing techniques and tools.
  • Experience with chaos engineering and distributed systems resilience testing.
  • Proficiency in using device simulators and traffic generators for scale testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem‑solving approach.
  • Familiarity with Nokia Quality processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a high‑performing QA team.
