• Define and govern environment strategy across SAP landscapes (DEV, QA, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod).
• Ensure environment availability and readiness for testing and deployments.
• Manage environment refreshes, data provisioning, and configuration synchronization.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve environment-related issues.
• Maintain environment schedules and usage planning across workstreams.
• Establish and govern release management processes and deployment controls.
• Manage transport migrations and release deployments across environments.
• Govern release scope, readiness, and implementation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with change management and quality standards.
• Track release risks, dependencies, and production deployment approvals.
• Develop and manage the overall cutover strategy and master cutover plan.
• Coordinate cutover activities across business and technology teams.
• Define cutover runbooks, task sequencing, checkpoints, and escalation paths.
• Monitor cutover risks, dependencies, and milestone completion.
• Lead readiness reviews and deployment governance decisions.
• Plan and execute cutover simulations and dress rehearsals.
• Validate timelines, resource readiness, rollback plans, and deployment procedures.
• Ensure business, technical, and support teams are prepared for go-live.
• Conduct production readiness assessments and stage-gate reviews.
• Validate completion of all pre-go-live readiness activities.

Position Summary-

SAP Environment & Cutover Release Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, governing, and executing environment management, release management, cutover activities, dress rehearsals, and production deployment readiness for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
