Job summary

British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM) seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support licensee QA programs. You will liaise with internal staff and external licensees, provide guidance, and help maintain QA processes.

This temporary, full-time hybrid position in Vancouver offers a base salary of CAD 80,282–83,858 plus benefits. Remote up to 3 days/week; minimum 2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health regulation/administration or related field.
• Experience in health regulation or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong MS Office, CRM Dynamics and SharePoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of licensee QA, using phone and email outreach.
• Generate reports and monitor QA compliance data.
• Draft materials for Peer Review and assist QA program staff.
