Job summary

LTM is seeking a QA Automation professional in Mississauga, Canada with 4–7 years of hands-on QA Automation experience in the Financial Services sector, specifically Capital Markets. Must be proficient in core Java and OOP, with scripting knowledge in Typescript and Python.

Strong UI and backend automation skills (Playwright/Selenium, API testing) are required. Familiarity with BDD (Cucumber) and TestNG/JUnit, plus containerization (Docker) and UNIX/Linux environments, is essential.

Job Title: QA Automation

Job Description:

• Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience in a QA Automation role.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven working experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within the Capital Markets domain
• Core Programming Skills: Exceptional proficiency in core Java and a strong, in-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Hands on experience with scripting languages such as Typescript and Python.
• Test Automation Expertise: Expertise in building and using frameworks based on BDD (e.g., Cucumber) and TestNG/JUNIT. Good experience with Backend Automation/API using Java, Good understanding about database validations and various SQL/NoSQL DBs. Good exposure in UI automation using Playwright/Selenium.
• DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration services. Strong command of UNIX/Linux environments.
• AI: Exposure in using AI tools and good understanding about optimizing QE automation solutions using AI platforms.
