Job summary

SharpAtoms is seeking a Test Architect for SAP S/4HANA brownfield migration based onsite in Calgary. You will lead cross‑value‑stream testing, define end‑to‑end test strategy, and own integration validation across ECC and S/4HANA on RISE within a multi-year modernization program.

You will coordinate SIT, UAT, and mock cycles with QA leads, SI partners, and business teams, manage cross‑stream dependencies, drive defect triage, readiness metrics, and ensure traceability from requirements to test

Qualifications

• S/4HANA brownfield / ERP integration testing leadership experience.
• Proven delivery of cross-stream, end-to-end testing.
• Experience managing large-scale UAT (100+ testers).
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the cross-value-stream test strategy and plan.
• Support end-to-end scenario definition and completeness across streams.
• Ensure traceability across requirements, scenarios, and test cases.
• Validate integration points, dependencies, and cross-stream coverage with QA Leads.
• Act as central coordination point across all QA streams, SI, and business teams.
• Align execution across SIT, UAT, and mock cycles.
• Manage cross-stream dependencies, sequencing, and readiness.
• Drive consistent execution approach across value streams.
• Establish and run cross-stream defect triage and command center.
• Support ownership and escalation model for integration issues.
• Drive root cause resolution for cross-stream defects.
• Escalate risks based on end-to-end business impact.
• Coordinate UAT execution across ~150 testers.
• Define execution framework, schedule, and tracking.
• Support QA Leads in coordinating UAT within their streams.
• Ensure consistent execution, coverage, and accountability across teams.
• Oversee test data strategy, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ensure environment readiness and entry criteria across streams.
• Drive test asset quality, standardization, and automation readiness.
• Provide program-level reporting and go/no-go readiness indicators.
