SharpAtoms in Winnipeg is seeking a Test Architect to lead the brownfield migration of ECC to SAP S/4HANA on RISE. You will shape the integrated test strategy and coordinate across QA, SI partners, and business teams to ensure end-to-end coverage and traceability.

The role centers on data readiness, large-scale UAT with 100+ testers, and robust defect governance to enable a smooth SAP landscape consolidation.

Qualifications

• S/4HANA brownfield / ERP integration testing leadership experience.
• Proven delivery of cross-stream, end-to-end testing.
• Experience managing large-scale UAT (100+ testers).
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations and data validation.
• Ability to drive alignments across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-value-stream test strategy and plan.
• Coordinate across QA streams, SI, and business teams.
• Manage cross-stream dependencies, sequencing, and readiness.
• Drive defect triage and cross-stream issue governance.
• Oversee UAT orchestration and readiness across ~150 testers.
