Job summary

Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to manage procurement activities across assigned commodities and optimize spend data for long-term sourcing strategies.

You will lead supplier identification, evaluation and contract management, while tracking measurable financial benefits and performance metrics. The role emphasizes strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and effective communication across internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience ideally within Procurement or Supply Chain environments.
  • Analytical aptitude with ability to leverage data to drive performance and cost reductions.
  • Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities across assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and analyze spend data to determine strategic long-term sourcing approaches based on financial impact, business importance, and value opportunities.
  • Lead and support sourcing initiatives including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Identify, implement, and manage supplier relationships to support Brandt’s business unit requirements.
  • Oversee the contracting process including negotiation, preparation, and administration of agreements.
  • Track and report measurable financial benefits and procurement performance metrics.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Manage procurement activities across assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and analyze spend data to determine strategic long-term sourcing approaches based on financial impact, business importance, and value opportunities.
  • Utilize supplier and market intelligence to support business unit requirements and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Lead and support sourcing initiatives including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management and monitoring supplier agreements success.
  • Identify, implement, and manage supplier relationships to support Brandt’s business unit requirements.
  • Oversee the contracting process including negotiation, preparation, and administration of agreements.
  • Track and report measurable financial benefits and procurement performance metrics.
  • Develop and issue procurement documents such as RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other sourcing tools.
  • Maintain current market information for the categories of responsibility to ensure that Brandt’s prices remain competitive within the confines of existing contracts.
  • Provide regular performance updates to leadership and contribute to strategic procurement planning.

  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience ideally within Procurement or Supply Chain environments.
