Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Corporate Parts Inventory Coordinator - Bilingual to manage parts inventory, procurement, and vendor communications from Regina, Saskatchewan. The role requires collaboration with multiple Brandt locations and provides opportunities to impact stock levels, lead-time management, and process improvements.

The successful candidate will apply data analysis, ERP experience, and Excel proficiency to optimize inventory and support business decisions within a growing national

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of parts/inventory experience or relevant post-secondary education in business or analytics.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis to support inventory decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Excel capabilities, including VBA for building intuitive tools.
  • Excellent forecasting ability with analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify items for purchase or reorder to balance stock and avoid shortages.
  • Create purchase orders and place orders with vendors via multiple channels.
  • Respond to branch requests for all parts orders.
  • Ensure long lead time items are ordered in time to meet demand.
  • Perform stock level analysis between Brandt locations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Brandt to respond quickly to changing needs.
  • Suggest system and process improvements as part of continuous improvement.
  • Adjust inventory levels based on data analysis and context.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Identify inventory items for purchase or reorder
  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Place Orders with vendors using a variety of methods such as our Dealer Business System, Vendor Portals and Email
  • Respond to Branch requests for all required parts orders
  • Ensure items with long lead times are ordered in sufficient time to meet demands
  • Perform parts inventory stock leveling between branches
  • Work with key stakeholders across the Brandt network in order to respond quickly to changing requirements
  • Recommend enhancements to systems and processes as a part of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify and recommend adjustments to specific inventory levels
  • Analyze and problem solve issues by stepping back to understand the broader context of the problem
  • Other duties as assigned
What We Look For
  • 3-5 years of relevant parts experience and/or post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Mathematics, Analytics, or similar discipline would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge or experience within ERP systems
  • Excellent aptitude for data analysis to derive meaningful business insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use Excel/VBA to create tools for the department that are intuitive, efficient, reliable and repeatable
  • Exceptional forecasting ability with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to put in extra time to get the job done
