This position is BASED OUT OF PHOENIX, ARIZONA.

RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CANDIDATES WILLING TO RELOCATE TO PHOENIX, AZ.

Responsibilities of the Pump Technician include, but are not limited to :

• Repair, fabricate, install, and remove various centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating industrial pumps, as well as gear reducers and related rotating equipment, either in-house or in the field.

Qualifications of the Pump Technician include, but are not limited to :

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Experience repairing industrial pumps or rotating equipment, or validated technical training in diesel, industrial maintenance, or commercial HVAC
• Knowledge of industrial pumps is preferred (training available)
• Ability to work in demanding environments
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Professional and courteous interaction with customers and the public
• Team player
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Background check, physical, and drug test required
• Acceptable driving record according to company guidelines required

Additional Information :

Physical Demands : 50 lb. unassisted lift and up to 100 lb. assisted lift capability required

Working Conditions : Power, mining, and shop environments

Training / Certifications : Diesel, industrial maintenance, or commercial HVAC certification preferred but not required

Shift Time / Overtime : 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday, on-call rotation

Education : High School Diploma
