Job summary

Flynn Manufacturing is seeking a Pump Operator (Silicone) in Mississauga for a day shift. You will operate silicone pump equipment, inspect material quality, and assemble glass components. Strong reading of blueprints and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Join a full-time role with overtime opportunities, paid weekly, and uniform provided. Training and advancement within the company are available at the Mississauga location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with silicone and understanding of silicone quality standards.
• Experience with glass or aluminum is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints (shop drawings) and measure/mark material.

Responsibilities

• Operate silicone pump machine.
• Ensure silicone meets quality standards.
• Position and secure glass panels in frames.
• Assemble and install prefabricated glass products.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools and measurement instruments.

Location: Mississauga

Flynn Manufacturing is currently looking for an experienced Pump Operator (Silicone). This position is located at our Mississauga Branch which is located at Airport Road and Derry Road

A Day in the Life:

• Operate silicone pump machine.
• Ensure silicone meets quality standards.
• Position and secure glass panels in frames.
• Assemble and install prefabricated glass or glass products.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools and measurement instruments.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience working with silicone and understanding of silicone quality standards.
• Previous experience working with glass or aluminum considered assets.
• Ability to read blueprints (shop drawings), calculate angles and measure/mark-up material.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
