Reliability Solutions, LLC is seeking a Public Training & Events Manager for our Canadian division. The role focuses on growing our public training program, driving registrations and revenue, and coordinating webinars, conferences and partner events.
You will own the strategy, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, and oversee budgets, timelines and post‑event analyses to improve future programs. The position includes travel to the United States (up to 10‑15%).
Reliability Solutions helps industrial organizations improve reliability, maintenance performance and workforce capability through hands‑on training, reliability services and technology.
Founded in 2003, our approach is practical and results driven. We help organizations build lasting capabilities that improve performance.
We are looking for a Public Training & Events Manager to grow our public training program and run our external events with our Canadian division.
Your main goal will be to increase registration and revenue for our public reliability and maintenance courses. You will own the strategy and the results: deciding where and when to offer courses, how to promote them, and what to change when classes aren't filling. You'll work with Marketing, Sales and our instructors to build a program that grows year over year.
You'll also manage our webinars, conferences, trade shows, and events with customers, partners and industry organizations, from first plan to post-event follow‑up.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who is organized, commercially minded and comfortable owning results.
Up to 10‑15% of the time, mainly to the United States
growth in public course registrations and revenue.
You take ownership and think ahead. You're organized, but what drives you is the result behind every course and event.
You naturally ask: Are registrations where they should be? Is this course being promoted in the right places? What should we try next quarter to fill more seats? Were the leads handed to Sales, and what did they turn into?
Most importantly, you don't wait to be told. You spot what's coming, make a plan and move it forward.
