Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development and delivering complex enterprise technology solutions.
• Significant experience architecting AWS cloud platforms and modernization initiatives.
• Proven success leading architecture teams, technical workstreams, cloud practices, or large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services across compute, storage, networking, identity, security, data, integration, monitoring, governance, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business with business development teams.
• Design secure, scalable AWS architectures across application, data, integration, security, DevOps, observability, and AI domains.
• Define architecture standards, reference architectures, governance guardrails, technical roadmaps, and non-functional requirements.
• Architect AI-enabled solutions leveraging generative AI, RAG, ML, document intelligence, automation, and vector search.
• Establish responsible AI practices, governance controls, model evaluation frameworks, and human oversight.
• Advise clients on cloud adoption strategies and modernization programs.
• Provide technical leadership through the solution lifecycle from discovery to production readiness.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, governance, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Lead architecture reviews, mentor teams, and grow cloud and AI capabilities across the organization.
• Contribute to reusable assets, delivery accelerators, standards, templates, and innovation.
• Support business development through proposals, estimates, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with executives, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to align tech with objectives.
• Stay current with AWS services, AI capabilities and industry best practices.
