Davidson & Company is hiring an Audit Manager in Vancouver to lead high-profile engagements within our Public Company Audit Practice. You will guide clients, manage teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables across industries.

You’ll stay current on IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, and PCAOB standards while fostering collaboration and growth. The role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and innovative, efficient audit approaches.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of public practice audit experience.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
• Strong communicator with clients and colleagues.
• Natural leader who mentors others and drives growth.
• Experience using Caseware, MS Office, and willingness to leverage AI-driven tools.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of end-to-end client engagements from planning to delivery across diverse industries.
• Build strong client relationships with clear communication and practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Engagement Partners to manage budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Translate complex accounting concepts into client-friendly insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop junior and senior team members.
• Stay sharp on IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, PCAOB and drive efficiency.
