Qualifications

• CPA designation (or equivalent) is required.
• 5+ years of public practice audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, GAAS and PCAOB.
• Proven leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Experience using Caseware and MS Office; willingness to use AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of end-to-end client engagements—from planning to final deliverables—for a diverse portfolio.
• Build strong client relationships with clear communication and practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Engagement Partners to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate complex accounting concepts into client-friendly insights.
• Lead, coach, and inspire junior and senior team members; maintain a positive culture.
• Stay current on IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, and PCAOB standards to drive efficiency.
• Provide proactive advisory support that makes a real client impact.
