Job summary

Chateau Nova Kingsway is seeking an outgoing and dependable Part-Time Food & Beverage Server to join our team. You’ll be the face of our Food & Beverage team, providing friendly, attentive service and helping make every guest’s visit an enjoyable one.

You’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, assist guests with menu choices, and coordinate with the Kitchen to ensure smooth service. The role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work in a busy hotel setting.

Chateau Nova Kingsway is looking for an outgoing and dependable Part-Time Food & Beverage Server to join our team.

As a Server, you’ll be one of the faces of our Food & Beverage team, providing friendly, attentive service and helping make every guest’s visit an enjoyable one. Whether it’s welcoming guests, serving a great meal, or working alongside your teammates during a busy service, you’ll play an important role in creating the hospitality our guests remember.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages while ensuring guests receive attentive service throughout their visit
• Answer questions and help guests with menu selections
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests
• Process guest payments accurately
• Communicate with the Kitchen and other team members to provide smooth and timely service
• Respond to guest questions or concerns in a professional manner
• Follow food safety, responsible service, and Hotel procedures
• Work together with the Food & Beverage team to deliver a great guest experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment is a hotel setting, which has the following conditions: medium-high noise environment; high traffic area for internal guests, exposure to moving parts and equipment such as vacuum, steam cleaner, washer, and dryer. Potential exposure to theft and/or belligerent guests. Exposure to chemicals. Frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment. Exposure to sharps and biohazards.
