Job summary

Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a Retail Outfitter to deliver legendary customer service and expert product knowledge. You will help customers identify needs, recommend products, and promote store programs while maintaining visual standards.

The role emphasizes a passion for the outdoors, sales experience, and the ability to work across store areas as needed. Starting pay is hourly and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• One or more years' experience in a sales or service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops products is an asset.

• Respond to and resolve customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope.
• Assist in other areas of the store when business needs dictate.
• Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors by maintaining knowledge of trends and emerging technologies that relate to the outdoor lifestyle.

Summary:

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, a Retail Outfitter will work within a team to create a world class shopping experience by providing legendary customer service and exceptional product knowledge to every customer.

Starting Pay Rate: $18.25 - $20.25
