Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Retail Outfitter to join our Alberta team. You will help create an exceptional shopping experience through legendary customer service and deep product knowledge, guiding customers to the best outdoor gear.

You’ll promote programs and maintain store presentation, ensuring an outstanding guest experience from start to finish. You will stay current on outdoor trends, assist in various store areas as needed, and help ensure customer satisfaction with thoughtful

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needs.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Ability to use good judgment and logic.
• Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s specific products is an asset.

• Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors by maintaining knowledge of trends and emerging technologies that relate to the outdoor lifestyle.
