Job summary

South Pointe Honda, part of the Dilawri Group, seeks a Receptionist in Calgary. As the first point of contact, you will warmly greet clients, direct calls, and share information about the dealership and the Dilawri Group.

You will maintain a tidy waiting area and handle various administrative duties, including scheduling, receipts, and CRM updates, while supporting Sales Representatives and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks: record sales traffic, schedules, receipts, and inventory lists.
• Monitor appointments and deliveries in the dealership software and CRM.

Position Overview

South Pointe Honda is actively searching for a Receptionist tojoin the team at Dilawri Group!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• As the first point of contact for clients, you require exceptionalcustomer service skills and professional phone etiquette. You will greetand assist clients when they first arrive at the dealership.
• Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls ina professional and courteous manner.
• Provides basic information about the dealership and the DilawriGroup in order to answer inquiries and to refer customers to theappropriate individual or department.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the customer waiting lounge andensures it is well stocked.
• Performs administrative duties such as recording sales traffic,distributing schedules for Sales Representatives, maintaining gas chitbooks and receipts, updating telephone lists, updating vehicle inventorylists and ordering business cards.
• Reviews appointments and deliveries in dealership software andmaintains customer relationship management alerts and customermaintenance.
