Here's How

• Engage in solution-focused therapy supporting diverse clients and concerns.
• Utilize a strength-based approach to empower clients during change.
• Address issues like risk, addiction, relationship difficulties, parenting, family conflict, grief, aging, depression, and anxiety.
• Deliver clinical services with a culture of continuous learning.
• Manage administrative tasks per the client's EAP model efficiently.
• Conduct intake, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Work independently in a shared office with experienced clinicians.

Qualifications
Education:

• Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Membership in good standing with a professional order or college.
• Certified or extensively trained in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Narrative Therapy.

Experience:

• Minimum five years of post-master's clinical experience supporting all client groups.
• Experience with complex concerns such as couples, family, risk, and addictions.
• Proficiency with Office Suite, digital communication, and case tracking.
• Experience using performance metrics to improve client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
• Prioritization and adaptability skills.
