Indwell in London, ON is seeking a full-time Psychosocial Support Worker to assist tenants facing mental health or substance-use challenges. You will work within a collaborative team to promote housing stability and social inclusion, using individual service plans and crisis intervention when needed.

The role requires evening/weekend hours, on-call rotations, and a commitment to Indwell’s values of dignity, love and hope while supporting tenants to flourish in their communities.

Competenze

• Post secondary education in related field or equivalent; lived experience.
• Experience within a case management framework with individuals with mental illness, substance use, or other needs.
• Recent PVSC (Police Vulnerable Sector Check) required; at own cost.
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• A valid G-class driver's license with own vehicle.
