Clinical Psychologists, Counselling Psychologists and/or Neuropsychologists
We also accept professionals who plan to complete their supervised practice at the doctoral level (i.e., Ph.D., Psy.D., Ed.D.).
Location: Hybrid (In-person and virtual)
NPSCSPN is currently seeking Psychologists with a declared area of competency with the CPABAO in working with children, adolescents, adults and/or families.
Our approach is grounded in person‑centred, culturally responsive, and integrity.
At NPSC, each clinician brings their own expertise, perspective, and approach. What connects us is a shared commitment to providing thoughtful, flexible, and responsive care to the children, youth, adults and families we work with.
We are building a professional culture that centres equity, fosters open and honest dialogue, respects difference, acknowledges power dynamics, and puts inclusion into practice, not just words.
You are authorized for autonomous practice with the CPBAO or are seeking supervised practice. Your declared client populations include children, adolescents, adults and/or families. Your primary area of practice is in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology. Additional areas of practice are considered added value.
Proficiency in a language other than English (e.g., French, Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish) is also considered a strong asset in supporting our diverse client community.
pectYou will work as an independent contractor, retaining autonomy while benefiting from a supportive, organized, and ethical clinical environment.
We want your energy going toward client care, not paperwork
Our clinic operates on a transparent, small flat‑fee plus percentage model, designed to cover shared costs while remaining fair to practitioners.
Monthly team meetings to make collective decisions and ensure open communication. The clinic is structured more like a cooperative than a hierarchy; no top‑down decisions. Followed by a social or professional development session, rotating monthly, so it does not always affect the same clinicians.
The clinic operates on a hybrid model. Each clinician will have an assigned in‑person day, with the flexibility to provide virtual services the rest of the week. We are intentionally starting small, with a maximum of six clinicians, to preserve the quality of services and cultivate a strong, supportive team culture.
