Job summary

Orion Wellness in Winnipeg seeks a Registered Psychologist to provide therapy and psychoeducational assessments for individuals, couples, and families. You’ll work within a supportive team, with flexible scheduling and remote work options to balance client needs and personal time.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy, writing comprehensive assessment reports, and pursuing ongoing professional development with access to trainings and supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be fully registered and in good standing with the Psychological Association of Manitoba (PAM).
• Ability to provide therapy and psychoeducational assessments (cognitive, academic, behavioural, and diagnostic).
• Experience writing comprehensive assessment reports.
• Strong background in evidence-based therapy; EMDR/CBT training is a plus.
• Team-oriented with collaboration and flexibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Psychologist:Must be fully registered and in good standing with the Psychological Association of Manitoba (PAM).
• Assessment & Therapy Skills:Ability to provide both therapy and psychoeducational assessments (including cognitive, academic, behavioural, and diagnostic assessments for children, youth, and adults). Experience writing comprehensive assessment reports is required.
• Clinical Experience:Strong background in delivering evidence-based therapy. Training in EMDR, CBT, or other specialized modalities is an asset.
• Compassionate & Client-Centered:A genuine desire to support others through a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach to care.
• Team-Oriented:Willingness to be part of a supportive, inclusive, and growing team that values consultation, flexibility, and creativity.
• Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using digital tools like Google Workspace and Jane App (training can be provided). Must have access to a personal laptop or computer.
