Role details:

• This role pays $100-$200/hour depending on background and experience.
• The work is fully remote and asynchronous, allowing flexibility around your schedule.

Pay and legal considerations:

• We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
• You will be classified as an “at-will” independent contractor for Mercor.
• We primarily recruit candidates based in the US, Canada, or Europe, but will consider top candidates from other regions.
• We cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates at this time.
• The advertised pay range applies to U.S.-based applicants; compensation varies by location but remains competitive.

Mercor offers a referral fee of $250 for each referred candidate who is hired.
