Job summary

Always Best Care in Canada is seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers to join our dedicated team. You will provide in-home or facility support, assisting clients with daily activities while upholding safety and dignity.

The role requires completion of a PSW program (Ontario) or equivalent, up-to-date vaccinations, a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, and reliable smartphone for clock-in/out and documentation. Flexible schedules offered.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Provincial-approved (Ontario) Personal Support Worker (PSW) program or equivalent.
• Up-to-date vaccinations, including TB within the last year.
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Screen (within the last six months) from your local Police Department.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• A valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle, proof of insurance.
