Position Title : Brand Ambassador

Location : Guelph and Cambridge

Job Type : Part time 20 hours a week

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Brand Ambassador to join our team and help us spread our message within the community.

Position Overview :

The Brand Ambassador will be the face of our company in the community, responsible for promoting our services, building relationships, and increasing brand awareness. This role requires a friendly and social individual who is a self-starter with a strong background in sales and experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about our mission and eager to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Represent our company at community events, health fairs, and other public engagements to promote our services.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and community partners.
  3. Conduct presentations and informational sessions about our services to various audiences.
  4. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies.
  6. Provide feedback and insights from the community to help improve our services and outreach efforts.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Step in to a PSW role when needed.

Qualifications :

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
  2. Certification and experience as a Ontario Personal Support Worker (PSW).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
