Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first approach.
- Understand sales objectives and consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.), utilizing key tools and resources to drive performance effectively.
- Contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by collaborating with the team to uphold standards of excellence across all brand touchpoints.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
- Educate customers on all programs, initiatives, resources, and offerings available.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
- Maintain store standards, policies, and processes on the sales floor and back of house, including opening and closing responsibilities.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment (ISOS).
- Participate in training sessions related to compliance, product knowledge, processes, talent development, and company initiatives.
- Balance various tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
- Provide feedback to management on product insights, category opportunities, or needs.
- Maintain visual standards and use visual techniques as per company guidelines.
- Support a professional, positive work environment, champion company core values, and uphold policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a cohesive and inclusive team environment.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, and operate chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
- Ability to operate the register, stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
