Job summary

A public safety training agency is looking for a Senior Training Specialist to deliver province-wide training for the PSRN initiative. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a trainer, preferably in the public sector or paramedic services.
• Experience creating training materials for technical and non-technical users.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a complex training schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and training to staff in various locations.
• Document and deliver training strategies and materials.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide necessary feedback.
• Coordinate closely with the Training Lead and Ministry of Health.
