Rocket Doctor is seeking a Provincial Medical Lead (New Brunswick) to fortify the province and Atlantic Canada presence, recruit physicians, and shape provincial workflows within a fast-growing digital health platform. This role emphasizes leadership, clinician engagement, and cross-provincial collaboration.

You will participate in broader MD Lead initiatives, support cross‑provincial alignment, and contribute to product and compliance improvements while maintaining high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Licensed to practise medicine in New Brunswick.
• Strong familiarity with the NB healthcare system, workflows and physician community.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving digital health environment.
• Experience in medical leadership, administration, or business is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Grow and strengthen New Brunswick physician presence by recruiting, onboarding and retaining NB physicians.
• Support provincial operations and quality, refining workflows and addressing concerns.
• Maintain active communication with NB physicians and participate in local meetings.
• Lead strategic growth of NB's virtual care presence and liaise with health authorities.
