Job summary

CURA is seeking a Prototype Technician in Calgary to turn designs into working hardware for electrolyzer test systems. You will build, assemble, and test components, fabricate jigs, and help iterate designs with the team.

You have hands-on hardware experience, CAD proficiency, and a careful, data-driven approach. This role offers mentorship from senior scientists and the chance to contribute to a first-of-a-kind carbon capture technology.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, assembling, or testing physical hardware.
• Ability to model parts and fixtures in CAD and produce drawings.
• Strong data-organization and basic data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, operate, and maintain electrolyzer test systems and benches.
• Prototype parts and fixtures; coordinate with vendors for fabrication.
• Document procedures, results, and iterate designs with the team.
