Job summary

Pattison Food Group is hiring a Protective Services Guard in Calgary, Alberta. The role focuses on safeguarding customers, staff, and assets while delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include preventing theft, conducting surveys and audits, and maintaining professionalism with the public and law enforcement. This position offers training, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• A valid AB Security Worker’s Licence with Security Guard endorsement.
• Solid decision-making skills with the ability to make quick decisions under difficult circumstances.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with minimal supervision.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Valid Advanced Security Training/AST (asset).
• Fluency in a second language (asset).
• Open availability (asset).
