You will provide discreet protection for executives, high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and organizations on long-term and short-term assignments. Responsibilities include personal escort, threat mitigation, risk assessments, and maintaining absolute discretion while adapting to varied environments and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Escort & Threat Mitigation: Deliver precise and proactive personal protection, keeping clients safe from physical threats, logistics failures, and unwanted surveillance.

Operational Adaptability: Execute close protection details across a variety of environments, including airport transfers, venue logistics, secure vehicular transport, and asset protection.

Risk Assessments: Work closely with assigned team leaders and case workers to implement customized security plans and adapt to dynamic threat levels.

Maintain Absolute Discretion: Uphold an impeccable standard of confidentiality, professionalism, and refined deportment at all times.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Licensing: Valid British Columbia Security Guard License with Advanced Security Training (AST) endorsement (Strict Requirement).

Certifications: Preference will be given to candidates who are already CAST (Comprehensive & Applied Security Training) and EPST1 (Executive Protection Services Training) certified via JTFAcademy , or other internationally recognized related certifications.

Experience: Proven track record in close protection, high-risk security, or specialized law enforcement/military backgrounds.

Physical & Mental Fitness: Must maintain a high level of physical fitness and undergo periodic physical and psychological evaluations to match JTF’s operational standard.

Skills: Flawless observational awareness, sharp critical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a calm demeanor under severe duress.

Logistics: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle, a smartphone with an active data plan, and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
