The position performs prospect research, donor analysis, and briefing preparation, while contributing to pipeline development and data-informed decision-making that drives donor engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in prospect research and analytics in a fundraising environment.
• Experience conducting complex research and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical skills with quantitative data.
• Excellent Excel skills and data interpretation.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Conducts research on individuals, corporations, foundations and other donors using diverse methodologies.
• Assesses giving capacity by evaluating donor history, interests, wealth markers and affiliations.
• Performs relationship mapping to identify connections between donors, volunteers and partners.
• Synthesizes findings into briefing materials, profiles and biographies.
• Ensures data quality and currency in the CRM.
• Monitors media for donor, fundraising and market news.
• Supports pipeline development through prospect identification and qualification.
• Collaborates with CRM and BI teams to deliver data-driven approaches.
• Delivers research projects and communicates findings via reports and visuals.
