The Vancouver Police Foundation (VPF) is seeking a Manager, Fundraising & Donor Relations to grow philanthropic support and strengthen donor connections in Vancouver. You will manage a portfolio of individuals, corporations, and foundations, and lead thoughtful stewardship and reporting.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will help implement fundraising plans, prepare proposals and impact reports, and collaborate with a small team to achieve meaningful community outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining donor relationships.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
• Identify and cultivate prospective supporters, solicit gifts, and increase giving.
• Support the implementation of fundraising plans and initiatives.
