Job summary

BC Cancer Foundation is seeking an Associate Director, Research and Prospect Analytics to lead the prospect research, management, and analytics program that supports the major gift pipeline. You will transform data into strategic insights for fundraising teams and donors in a data-driven, high-impact environment.

The role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with the Development team, and the ability to deploy new research tools to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects,

Qualifications

• Experience conducting prospect research using reporting tools and fundraising platforms.
• Strong fundraising knowledge and donor analytics.
• Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge and data management.
• Familiarity with wealth screening tools and predictive analytics.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospect research, management, and analytics program to support the major gift pipeline.
• Provide timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence to fundraising teams to drive donor engagement.
• Leverage donor databases and research tools for prospect identification and strategy.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Development team and align resources with opportunities.
