Job summary

OREM Capital is seeking a Digital Marketing & Leasing Coordinator to join our leasing department in Montreal. This office-based role focuses on boosting visibility and performance of our residential rental portfolio through digital marketing, AI tools, and automation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a marketing degree, and strong English/French communication. Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Pointe-Saint-Charles location with salary around CAD 50,000 plus

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in marketing, sales, customer service, real estate or similar field.
• A degree in marketing, communications or similar relevant field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and online platforms.
• Comfortable learning new software quickly and using data in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research for residential properties.
• Develop marketing strategies tailored to each project.
• Create, update and optimize rental listings across digital platforms.
• Improve SEO and online visibility for property exposure.
• Monitor listing performance, lead sources and marketing statistics.
• Track results and prepare reports on market trends and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing content and online presentation.
• Support leasing team with lead follow-up and customer service.
