ServiceTitan, Inc. Canada is seeking a ProProduct Development Representative to engage with existing customers, demonstrate Pro modules, and drive ROI improvements.
You will build a robust pipeline, conduct high-volume outreach, and partner with Pro Account Executives to close deals, while logging activities and contributing to weekly reporting. This hybrid role offers coaching, growth, and a path to senior sales leadership.
Ready to be a Titan? ProProduct Development Representatives are crucial team members who identify and connect with existing ServiceTitan customers to demonstrate how our advanced Pro modules can enhance their ServiceTitan ROI and add significant value to their operations.
Your primary focus is driving product adoption and revenue growth through strategic engagement with our current customer base.
Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging existing customers, demonstrating the value of add-on products, and booking overview calls/demonstrations for our Pro-Account Executives.
Conduct high-volume engagement through focused outbound calls (approx. 30/day) and personalized emails.
Strategically craft honest relationships and genuine rapport with customers to facilitate discovery.
Drive customers to discover unmet needs or pain points and articulate how our Pro modules can deliver extraordinary value and remediate those issues.
Work closely and collaboratively with Pro Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate communication plans and assist with closing deals through detailed discovery notes.
Log and maintain all activity accurately in all data entry to make sure records are kept up to date.
Assist with weekly reporting on active campaigns, manage ad-hoc requests, and act as a liaison for customers and other internal teams (e.g., Pro Sales Team, Customer Success, Support).
This role requires a blend of sales drive and customer success empathy to effectively drive product adoption.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success, specifically in a cross-sell or up-sell capacity.
Outbound Skills: 12+ months of outbound calling experience is required.
Travel: Ability to travel domestically 30% of the time to do Onsite visits.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor on the phone.
Resilience: The ability to effectively handle objections and clearly articulate the value proposition of add-on products with any level of detail or brevity.
Mindset: A tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer, high level of social intelligence, passion, ambition, and a team-player mentality.
Adaptability: Resourcefulness and adaptability to new responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

The expected hourly rate for this role for candidates residing in Canada is $29.14 CAD, and this position is commission-eligible. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on many factors, including skills, performance over time, business needs, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
