Job summary

Graham in Calgary, Canada, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the Buildings Division. You will coordinate end-to-end proposal activities, ensure compliant submissions, and manage cross-functional content with written, verbal, and graphic elements.

The role reports to the Senior Proposal Manager and requires strong communication, scheduling, and collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality client responses.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree, with 2–3 years of relevant experience; construction industry experience is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate proposal processes, manage deadlines, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
• Graphic design experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities from initiation to submission, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and delivery of high-quality, client-focused responses (RFPs, RFIs)
• Develop and manage proposal schedules and compliance matrices, tracking deliverables, updating timelines, and ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business unit stakeholders, assigning responsibilities, gathering inputs, and supporting the development of proposal content
• Edit and refine proposal narratives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a unified voice across submissions by integrating written, verbal, and graphic content
• Support and facilitate proposal processes and meetings, including kick-offs and reviews, while maintaining document control, accuracy, and adherence to internal proposal standards (GMS)
