Architecture49 in Vancouver seeks a Proposal Coordinator to join our team and help develop timely, high-quality proposals in response to RFPs. You will design proposals and visual aids using Adobe InDesign/Illustrator and coordinate submissions with consultants, ensuring accurate and compliant documents.

This role emphasizes strong writing, editing, and proofreading, with potential asset knowledge in graphic design and bilingual English/French abilities.

Qualifications

• Education in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related studies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including editing and proofreading abilities.
• Understanding of graphic design principles is an asset.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative and experience with Microsoft 365 environment.
• Previous experience in engineering, architectural, or professional services firms is an asset.
• Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 to $76,200
MB & ON: $52,200 to $72,300
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $52,000 to 69,000
