Salary Range: $65,000 -$85,000 annually, plus benefits.

As a Proposal Coordinator, you'll work closely with recruiters, candidates, and our bid team to prepare winning submissions for Government of Canada and professional services opportunities. You'll review resumes, analyze requirements, create candidate summaries, and ensure submission packages are compliant, accurate, and ready for delivery.
