Job summary

WSP Canada is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our national team, partnering with technical experts and project managers to craft high-quality proposals that showcase our transportation and infrastructure capabilities. You will manage kickoff through submission, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance, while shaping content and visuals with multidisciplinary colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proposal development experience.
• Experience in engineering consulting or professional services is a plus.
• Strong writing, editing, and document production skills.
• Ability to translate technical content into client-focused narratives.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is an asset.
• Excellent organization and collaboration across stakeholders.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• 3+ years of experience in proposal development, business development support, marketing coordination, or a related environment.
• Experience supporting pursuits within engineering consulting, professional services, architecture, or similar industries is considered an asset.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document production skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information and transform it into compelling client-focused content.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint Online.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, is considered an asset.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900

MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
