Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. is seeking a Proposal Analyst to support the RFP/consultant database team. This hybrid role involves preparing RFPs and RFIs, drafting responses, and maintaining databases to ensure consistency across marketing materials.

The ideal candidate has a Finance degree and 2–4 years in an institutional setting, plus strong communication and MS Office skills. The position offers a base salary with an annual bonus in a Canada-based, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and completing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for CC&L affiliates; involving SMEs from all business areas.
• Drafting new responses and recommending enhancements to existing RFP responses.
• Maintaining and administering an RFP response database and ensuring consistency across marketing materials.
• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of reports for the RFP process.
• Assist with updating external investment and consultant databases as required.

What You Will Do

• Preparing and completing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for all CC&L Financial Group affiliates; this involves working closely with subject matter experts from all business areas.
• Drafting new responses and recommending value added enhancements to the existing RFP responses.
• Maintaining and administering an RFP response database and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of various reports and files required to support the RFP process.
• Assist with updating and maintaining various external investment and consultant databases, if required.

What You Bring

• You have a Finance Degree or equivalent and a genuine interest for the investment industry.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success. Completion of relevant industry courses would also be an asset.
• You can articulate yourself clearly verbally and written and work well with others to resolve complex issues.
• You are committed to contributing and supporting a team of like-minded individuals who are driven and have high standards.
• You are a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions.
• You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Thesalary rangefor this positionis $70,000-$90,000.The salary rangeprovidedreflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation.In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensationforthis position.
