Job summary

CC&L Financial Group is seeking a Proposal Analyst to join our Proposal and Consultant Database Team. You will prepare RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs and work with subject matter experts across business areas to win new business.

You will maintain the RFP response database, update external investment and consultant databases, and generate reports to support the process. A finance degree and 2–4 years in investment services are preferred.

Qualifications

• Finance degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in an institutional investment firm or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented with high standards.
• Proactive in improving processes and efficiencies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and maintaining reports/files to support the RFP process.

What You Will Do

• Preparing and completing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for all CC&L Financial Group affiliates; this involves working closely with subject matter experts from all business areas.
• Drafting new responses and recommending value added enhancements to the existing RFP responses.
• Maintaining and administering an RFP response database and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of various reports and files required to support the RFP process.
• Assist with updating and maintaining various external investment and consultant databases, if required.

What You Bring

• You have a Finance Degree or equivalent and a genuine interest for the investment industry.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success. Completion of relevant industry courses would also be an asset.
• You can articulate yourself clearly verbally and written and work well with others to resolve complex issues.
• You are committed to contributing and supporting a team of like-minded individuals who are driven and have high standards.
• You are a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions.
• You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Thesalary rangefor this positionis $70,000-$90,000.The salary rangeprovidedreflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation.In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensationforthis position.
