Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems team. You will maintain, enhance, and support key client reporting platforms, portals, and integrations, focusing on CRM and corporate systems within a hybrid in-office/remote model.

You'll resolve incidents, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with vendors to upgrade and optimize our systems, applying strong Microsoft tech skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Supporting business systems and integrations with Microsoft technologies.
• Proficient troubleshooting and debugging .NET/C# code, Angular, MS SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and both custom and COTS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and provide escalation-level support to complex incidents.
• Monitor and maintain business applications, perform preventive actions.

What You Will Do

• Resolve incidents by selecting the most efficient solutions considering time and effort requirements, including potential enhancements that maynecessitatedevelopment work.
• Provide escalation-level support, taking ownership of complex or high-impact incidentsthrough totheir resolution.
• Monitorbusiness applicationssystems, executing preventive and corrective actions in response to alerts, planned maintenance, risk incidents, and other relevant events.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding solution design and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to support existing systems and coordinate system upgrades asrequired.
• Identifyrecurring issues and proactively develop and shareknowledgearticles or automate solutions whereappropriate.

What You Bring

• Experience : You have5+yearsofrelevantexperiencesupporting business systemsandintegrationswith Microsoft technologies,preferably in a financialor investmentmanagement firm.Experience working in an institutional investment firm is an asset.
• Knowledge : You are proficient troubleshooting and debugging .NET/C# code, Angular, querying andmaintainingMS SQL databases, as well as developing enhancements using MS SQL and .NET/C#,youdemonstrateknowledge ofwebcertificate management andwebsiteconfiguration.Youcanunderstandand solve issuesusingscripting languagesandPowerShell.Azure DevOps, CMSexperience, and knowledge of Fabric andMicrosoft Powerplatformarea plus.
• Tech Savvy :You have a strong background in supporting both custom developed and COTS systems(including cloud-based systems).Youare resourceful andhaveadvancedtroubleshootingskills.You have a passionfortechnology, learning new languages, and concepts.
• Analytic & Strategic : You possess an analytical mind, enjoy solving problems, and haveanability to perform deep thoughtful analysis to discover solutions.
• Operational Excellence : You have an approach andtrack recordin achieving operational excellence where personal drive,high-qualitywork, and getting things done are critical success factors.
• Collaborative Communication : You have a collaborative spirit that helps you work well with others and communicate effectively.

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation.
