Job summary

This role oversees daily operations of the facilities team, leading maintenance staff and coordinating contractors to keep systems running smoothly and safely. You will prioritize repairs, schedule preventive maintenance, and contribute to capital planning while guiding process improvements.

With 5+ years in building operations and solid leadership experience, you will troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with contractors to deliver reliable, efficient infrastructure.

Our client is a well-established organization that owns and operates a diverse portfolio of residential properties across the GTA. They are seeking a Property Supervisor to support the continued modernization of their Facilities department. Your Role

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll help improve work order management, standardize maintenance practices and inventory, contribute to capital planning and support the continued modernization of the Facilities department. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and developing people.

You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations while leading maintenance staff and coordinating contractors. You’ll ensure building systems, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, BAS, plumbing, electrical and fire/life safety systems, are operating efficiently while prioritizing repairs, managing preventative maintenance and responding to operational issues.

You're a building operations professional with five (5)+ years of experience with strong technical knowledge of building systems and previous leadership experience. You understand how buildings operate, can troubleshoot issues, determine root causes and know when to engage contractors. Compensation

Expected annual compensation of $65,000 - $75,000.
